Our Approach
At Chock-a-Block Storage, we believe in keeping things simple and fair. We operate on flexible, month-to-month terms with no long-term contracts — so you're never locked in and never penalised for leaving.
Cancellation
You can end your storage hire at any time. Simply let us know when you're ready to vacate and clear your unit or container. We ask for reasonable notice so we can prepare your space for the next customer, but we do not enforce fixed notice periods or charge cancellation fees.
Storage is charged on a monthly basis. If you vacate part way through a billing period, please speak to us directly and we will discuss your situation on a case-by-case basis.
Refunds
Payments made in advance for storage hire may be eligible for a partial refund if you vacate before the end of your paid period, at our discretion. We handle all refund requests fairly and on an individual basis.
Packing supplies and other products purchased on site are non-refundable once opened or used.
Deposits
Where a deposit is taken, this will be returned in full at the end of your storage hire, provided the container or unit is left in the same condition as it was at the start of your hire, with all belongings removed.
